Drs. Brett Gramlich & Melissa Gabriel are closely monitoring the ever-changing news of COVID-19 & have the health & safety of their patients, their families, & their staff in mind.
In accordance with the CDC & the American Academy of Ophthalmology’s recommendation, we have suspended routine eye exam visits while remaining available for ocular emergencies. Emergent care is defined as medical care for conditions requiring prompt medical attention due to a sudden change in the eye or visual health.
We will remain available by phone to triage eye emergencies as well as help you with some routine matters such as ordering contact lenses &/or glasses during this time.
During this period of social distancing, we will not have our office door open. If you need to order/pick up contacts or glasses please call the office at 480-585-0001. We will be offering curbside pickup during our limited business hours below. If you cannot make it during these times after hour times may be arranged. Adjustments of eyeglasses are not offered at this time & will be available when we resume normal operations.
Currently, our contact lens & optical vendors remain in operation & we are not experiencing any delays. As you know, given this unprecedented time, this could change going forward. We will be waiving shipping costs on contact lenses & will ship direct to your home.
We will be calling to reschedule routine eye exam appointments going forward. Of course the timeline for resuming routine exams is variable at this time but we be will rescheduling into April. We recommend rescheduling your appointment as we anticipate being very busy when we resume normal operations.
As of today, we will have the following hours:
Monday – Friday 10AM – 4PM
Please call the office at 480-585-0001 during these hours if you have any questions or if you have an eye health issue or medical ocular emergency.
Please stay safe & take care of yourself & your families!
